These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the surewin platform, accessible via surewin.plus and the surewin mobile app. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

Surewin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavor to inform players of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy surewin, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

To register and use surewin services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Residing in a region that does not restrict or prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid fund balance in the account will be returned upon review, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

• Losses resulting from a player's negligence in maintaining account security.

Surewin's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Surewin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. For significant changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect via in-platform notifications or email.
